clean rooms awesome pools helpful staff

this place rocks rooms were super clean the air conditioning worked great i loved the daily towel service it was so convenient pools are awesome there were always sunbeds available i even booked a snorkeling trip right at the hotel it was so easy and the staff were helpful they made everything stress free

the wifi was spotty in some areas especially near the beach this was a little annoying when i wanted to stream music or check emails poolside

the buffet offered a wide selection of dishes i saw fresh omelets prepared each morning i tried the seafood grill it featured artistic good desserts i thought the beverage service was prompt and attentive.

my room featured a sea view i saw clean linens and towels provided daily i noted the air conditioning worked well and it kept the space very cool the shower had great pressure.

The food had a great variety every day. The staff were always ready to help, which I appreciated. The room and facilities were very good, I felt safe and comfortable.

The beach was a bit small! though it did not affect my time much.

the food was tasty. the staff was friendly and helpful always. the rooms was always clean and had nice smell. i liked animation team was with energy every day.

i found my room was without free water on the first days. it got fixed fast.

friendly staff comfortable room good housekeeping

the staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling. the rooms were comfortable and spacious. housekeeping service came every day, great. the food was delicious with a good variety, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.

the wi-fi wasn't very reliable, and in some locations it couldn't be used. i had to log back into the wi-fi multiple times. this made planning activities a little difficult.
