this place rocks rooms were super clean the air conditioning worked great i loved the daily towel service it was so convenient pools are awesome there were always sunbeds available i even booked a snorkeling trip right at the hotel it was so easy and the staff were helpful they made everything stress free
the wifi was spotty in some areas especially near the beach this was a little annoying when i wanted to stream music or check emails poolside

the buffet offered a wide selection of dishes i saw fresh omelets prepared each morning i tried the seafood grill it featured artistic good desserts i thought the beverage service was prompt and attentive.

my room featured a sea view i saw clean linens and towels provided daily i noted the air conditioning worked well and it kept the space very cool the shower had great pressure.

there were multiple pools the pools feature bars nearby the private beach provided easy access i saw comfortable loungers.

i observed staff were friendly and professional i liked the waiters were attentive at the restaurants i think the animation team worked hard to engage guests the hotel management seemed genuinely interested in feedback from guests.

the hotel is close to the airport i noted the presence of nearby shops and pharmacies i liked the short walk to the beach over a road it was super easy i spotted taxis readily available at the entrance.

The beach was a bit small! though it did not affect my time much.

i found my room was without free water on the first days. it got fixed fast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Daily room cleaning was precise, with creative towel arrangements. The food selection had tasty options, especially with Haythem overseeing quality.
The gym closes early at 7 PM. This is not ideal for later workouts.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling. the rooms were comfortable and spacious. housekeeping service came every day, great. the food was delicious with a good variety, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.
the wi-fi wasn't very reliable, and in some locations it couldn't be used. i had to log back into the wi-fi multiple times. this made planning activities a little difficult.
